Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or engaging our services operated by New Era Trucking & Hauling LLC. By accessing our platform or contracting our logistics solutions, you agree to be bound by these hauling agreements and service protocols in Saint Cloud, MN.
Service Agreements & Quotes
At New Era Trucking & Hauling LLC, we prioritize transparency in our logistics terms. Please note the following regarding our engagement process:
- Quote Estimates: All quotes provided via our website or phone are initial estimates. Final pricing is subject to change based on actual weight, dimensions, fuel surcharges, and specific shipment details confirmed at the time of pickup.
- Governing Documents: Every individual shipment is governed by a formal Bill of Lading (BOL). In the event of a conflict between these website terms and the BOL, the terms of the Bill of Lading shall prevail.
- Scope of Services: Our services include regional hauling, LTL freight, heavy equipment transport, and dedicated fleet management. We reserve the right to refuse any cargo deemed hazardous or incompatible with our equipment safety standards.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms for freight contracts are Net 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified in your dedicated service agreement. Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month. We accept electronic transfers, company checks, and major credit cards.
Liability & Claims
New Era Trucking & Hauling LLC maintains motor carrier cargo insurance as required by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. Our liability for loss or damage is limited according to the commodity class and weight.
All claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within 9 months of delivery, accompanied by the original Bill of Lading and proof of value.
Governing Law & Updates
These terms and all trucking agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Stearns County, Saint Cloud, MN.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in transport policy or federal regulations. Continued use of our logistics services after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
